Home visit – An important step in the process is for us to come out, meet you and see the space. We’ll take all the measurements we need, go through the different material samples and finalise the details of your garden room.

Design – Once your garden room design is finalised, we’ll create a CAD render of your building, so you can visualise what it will look like inside and out.

Manufacturing  – While your garden room is being custom-built, we’ll send you live video updates so you can see exactly what is happening with your building in real time.

Delivery – Once your garden room has been built, our team will arrange a delivery date with you, to your convenience. The building will be delivered maximum 48 hours ahead of installation.

Installation – Our team will arrive on-site when agreed and start to install your garden room. Installation with take 2-5 days, with the main structure being watertight by the end of day 1. From groundwork to the final fits, our team will be on hand until the build is complete

Aftercare – After your garden room has been installed, our team will visit to make sure you’re satisfied with the build, and everything is completed to our high expectations. We’ll also register you for your 10-year warranty.
