Our experts are passionate about using the highest quality products, which meet the highest standards. Creating an exceptional structure, which is efficient all year round.

Base/Foundations

We provide certified ground compression tests, others do not.

We offer a variety of base options to accommodate an array of foundation scenarios.

Existing Base Installations: Suitable for concrete or patio bases. We use resin ground packers to level out any inconsistencies.

Groundscrews: Ideal when no suitable base is present. They are efficient, reliable, and cause minimal disruption.

Block: When groundscrews are not suitable, our team can dig to an appropriate level to use blocks that support the weight of our building.

Timber/Composite Joist System: If no other base solution is suitable, we can construct a traditional joist system.

Structural Insulated Panels

We use thicker SIPS and Insulation than anyone else.

For all our garden room builds we use structural insulated panels. Our 97mm thick walls, 126mm thick roofs and floors are seamlessly connected, creating a structure three times stronger than traditional brick or timber-framed buildings.
As seen on Grand Designs, this method is being used by housebuilders to build homes in the UK.

Most builds normally use 25mm or 50mm insulation, but to ensure the highest quality we use double, so you can rest assured your garden room is built to last.

The panels are then covered by a breathable, waterproof membrane, designed to prevent condensation and protect the building from wind-driven rain, snow and dust.

SIPs

The Roof

We use a premium, high performance EPDM 1.5mm thickness, others use 0.8 – 1.2mm.

Our garden room roofs are made from SIPS and covered with high performance EPDM, ensuring its longevity and durability. With a lifespan between 30-50 years and resistance to UV rays, hail, and extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to +120 degrees. EPDM is also resistant to algae and moss growth, meaning it requires very little maintenance.

Cladding

We use exclusive premium cladding, precision-crafted with unique detailing and unmatched performance.

We’ve combined style and durability to create UPVC cladding embossed with a wood grain effect. Unlike anything else on the market, we have worked tirelessly to create something which is completely unique to the UK market.

The highly detailed grain effect provides a stunning aesthetic to your garden room. It offers high UV stability and is low maintenance, which means no treatment is required and it’s easy to keep clean.

The cladding provides a protective barrier against rain, wind and sunlight, which helps to prevent any damage to the building’s structure, and it can also improve the energy performance by helping reducing heat loss.

The wood grain effect adds a striking finishing touch to your garden room. Available in eight stunning colour options, from classic light oak to sky blue and anthracite grey, there’s a colour option to suit all styles.

Doors

Door & Windows

We provide a wide range of UPVC door and windows, providing exceptional energy efficiency, low maintenance and outstanding weather resistance.

UPVC doors and windows are extremely durable and cost-effective, UPVC provides excellent insulation and can help to reduce heat loss and lower energy bills. All our doors and windows are A-rated and achieve maximum energy ratings on double glazed frames.

It’s possible to choose from a variety of styles, colours and configurations which suit the design and size of the garden room. Our doors are available as French Doors, Sliding Patio Doors and Bi-Folding Doors, all fitted with high-security multi-point locking systems.

All our windows and doors also come with trickle vents

Soffit/Canopy

All our buildings include a 150mm canopy as standard, which can be upgraded to include lighting.

Our soffits are UPVC a durable external board which is fitted under the roof overhang or eaves of a building. In a garden building, the soffit sits between the wall and the edge of the roof, which helps to create a neat and finished underside.

Soffits are used for ventilation and weather protection, as well as ensuring a clean and modern finish to the building.

UPVC soffits are low-maintenance and easy to clean, they’re lightweight but also strong and they’re cost-effective and long-lasting. All our buildings come with a front overhang/canopy of 150mm, this can be extended to 300mm.

Gutter

Rainwater system

We use UPVC guttering on all our garden rooms due to its durability and low maintenance.

Available in a variety of different colours and styles to suit different designs.

UPVC is resistant to rust, corrosion and rot, it is also resistant to weathering and general wear and tear.

Typically, our buildings are installed with a full rainwater system at the rear of the garden room, although this depends on your existing garden water drainage route.

Locks

We combine multipoint locking with a 3-star cylinder to provide high-security protection for your garden room.

Every door and window fitted will include a high-security multipoint locking mechanism, with multiple locking points along the vertical edge, providing significantly enhanced security over single-bolt locks.

To further enhance security, our doors and windows feature a 3-star euro cylinder, the highest security rating for a door lock cylinder. This provides exceptional protection and has been rigorously tested to withstand drilling, bumping, picking and plug extraction.
